RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final except for the following reasons: damage from shipping, defective product, or incorrect item shipped. Please email your claim, along with photographs, to EMAIL ADDRESS. Claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Customized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Most items will ship within X business days; please note this does not account for actual shipping time. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email! Orders typically ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight and restrictions. Any delays in your shipment could be because of USPS/ holiday delays and are out of our control.
We do not charge additional shipping for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product, if your package is lost in the mail or receipt of incorrect items. However, if the US Postal Service claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the package. We are not responsible for delayed, stolen or misdelivered packages.
We will ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping for the following reasons: if you seek a replacement or an exchange for reasons other than damage or loss as described above, if you provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, if USPS claims your item was delivered but you didn't receive it, if for any reason you were unable to collect your package at customs.
Customers are responsible for any taxes, fees and duties associated with purchasing & shipping to their home countries. Most international orders are shipped via First Class Mail International and can take up to 30 days to arrive.
